A federal bankruptcy judge has given approval to the Catholic Diocese of Tucson, AZ to sell off church property to pay off sex abuse claims filed against its priests. http://www.kvoa.com The diocese reached a $10 million settlement with 16 victims in 2002. vol2_iss37 The diocese was facing an additional 22 lawsuits by 34 victims when it filed for bankruptcy in September.
