The Main Event: Jacko accuser takes the stand...

Indiana, statutory rape and Planned Parenthood...
Indiana Attorney General Steve CarterA few weeks after Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline subpoenaed records on underage patients from a Kansas abortion provider in an effort to develop statutory rape cases, vol3_iss12 it seems that Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter is following his lead. http://www.indystar.com It is a crime for anyone to engage in sexual relations with a child 13 or younger in Indiana and anyone who learns of such activity is required by law to report it. Planned Parenthood, an abortion provider in Indiana, has sued to block access to the children’s medical records in its possession. http://www.foxnews.com

In other news...
