Golden globe nominations to Kidman, Neeson, “Kinsey”...
Pedophile fans went three for four when the Golden Globe Nominations were announced Monday. http://www.foxnews.com Nicole Kidman received a nomination for her performance in “Birth” in which she shared a passionate kiss with a ten-year-old boy while taking a bath with him. (vol2_iss25 and vol2_iss36) Kidman defended the film (vol2_iss42) after being booed at the Cannes Film Festival. ( vol2_iss41)

Both the movie “Kinsey” (See vol2_iss42, vol2_iss36 and vol2_iss38) and its star, Liam Neeson, received Golden Globe nominations, as did actress Laura Linney who portrays Alfred Kinsey’s open marriage wife. Film critic Roger Ebert has written that Neeson’s performance is “Oscar-worthy”. http://www.family.org

Kevin Bacon, who plays a convicted pedophile released from prison, in “The Woodsman” (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com) failed to get a nomination.

More trouble for “wacko Jacko”...
Fingerprints of both Michael Jackson and his accuser were found on pornographic magazines seized from Jackson’s Neverland Ranch. http://www.fox23news.com This news comes on the heels of Jackson handing over a DNA sample and the ranch being raided by police. http://www.chartattack.com It also appears that Jackson’s German company, MJ Net Entertainment AG, has gone “belly up.” http://www.foxnews.com Michael Jackson’s trial on child molestation charges is scheduled to get underway January 31 st.

Texas Jr. High students given “satanic sex calendar”...
A school police officer in Texas distributed “satanic sex calendars” to dozens of junior high school students as part of a gang prevention program. http://www.khou.com The calendar linked satanic holidays with sex acts such as "September 23rd is the fall equinox -- you should have an orgy. Activity group sex, any age, any sex."

In other news...
An editorial in Monday’s New York Times accuses the Catholic Church of a “wrongheaded” decision to cut back on audits of dioceses to insure compliance with the church’s new child protection measures. http://www.nytimes.com Just a few weeks ago, the Church had signaled a commitment to a full third round of audits in an effort to quell the controversy over the selection of Bishop William Skylstad of Spokane as Conference Chairman. vol2_iss45
